Heute sind wir auf die andere Seite des Deltas gefahren zum Casa de Fausta. Kostenloser Stellplatz mit Aussichtsturm und einem kleinen Zoo. Schön zum Übernachten, im Sommer sicher voll.
Am nächsten Morgen sind wir dann auf die Landzunge gefahren, leider war der Wind so stark, dass wir die Strasse, welche nur von Wasser umgeben war, nicht fahren konnten. Also umkehren, der ansteigenden Flut ausweichen, noch ein paar Fotos von Flamingos schiessen und die Aussichtsplatform besuchen. Hätte nicht gedacht, dass hier soviel Reis angebaut wird. Einfach nur wunderschön!

Today we drove to the other side of the Delta to the Casa de Fausta. Free overnight spot with an Observation Tower and a small zoo. Nice for a Stopover, during summer for sure a very busy place.
The following morning we drove to the promontory, unfortunately the wind was so heavy, that we couldn’t drive on the street that is only surrounded by water. So we turned around, tried to avoid the water coming from the high Tide and, shot some Pictures of Flamingos and visit another Observation Tower. Never thought that they grow so much rice here. Just stunning!
