Und es folgt das nächste Highlight Galiziens – Fisterra – Das Ende der Welt! Schon auf der Fahrt war das Wetter eher bescheiden. Bei der Ankunft am Kap von Fisterra war es sehr neblig, der Leuchtturm kaum zu sehen… Naja, abwarten, vielleicht wird es noch besser. Wir fahren zum Parkplatz mit direktem Blick auf den Leuchtturm – eigentlich… Kurz darauf fing es an zu regnen – tja, war wohl nichts mit Aussicht geniessen. Lesen und Netfilx war angesagt ;o) – Ein paar Stunden später blitzte dann doch die Sonne durch – schnell raus und hoch zum Leuchtturm. Leider war die Regenpause nicht sehr lange. Also ein paar Fotos und durchnässt zurück zum Parkplatz. Da wir bei diesem Wetter nicht wirklich aus den Federn kommen, bleiben wir nochmals einen Tag länger und das hat sich dann gelohnt: Am Abend können wir einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang geniessen – ja es ist schon eine ganz besondere Stimmung hier am Ende der Welt an der Costa de Muerto.

And off to the next highlight in Galicia – Fisterra – the end of the world! Unfortunately the weather was already bad driving towards it. On arrival the cape of Fisterra was covered in fog, the lighthouse was hardly visible…. Well, we wait it out, maybe we are lucky. We head to the parking lot with direct view of the lighthouse – normally… Shortly after it started to rain – ok, probably not gonna work with a beautiful view. Reading and Netflix is on the programm ;o) – A few hours later the sun broke through the clouds – quickly outside and visit the lighthouse. Unfortunately the rain break wasn’t very long. A few pictures and back to the parking lot – soaking wet. As the weather wasn’t about getting up early, we stayed another night and got rewarded with a beautiful sunset on the second day – yes, it is really special mood you are in at the end of the world on the Costa de Muerto (coast of death).
